Creative IT is an established computer and laptop repair centre located in London SE1 (Bermondsey), near London Bridge, with drop off locations in the West End and London Victoria.

Our IT business, fueled by commercial companies and individual computer users, is equipped with state of the art electronic equipment and orginal IT spare parts and components. We have over 20 experience in all laptop and computer repairs for all makes and models including Sony, Apple Mac, Dell, Acer, Asus, HP, Toshiba, Alienware and more.

We currently have a job vacancy for an experienced computer and laptop repair technician to join our technical team of technicians and engineers.

Job description for laptop and computer repair technician with Creative IT

The ideal candidate for this IT technician job vacancy should have a minimum of two years experience in electronics, hardware and software repairs. Regular computer and laptop repairs include part replacements:

- Laptop LCD and LED screen repairs
- Inverter replacements
- Hard drives recovery and replacements
- Keyboards replacement
- Motherboard BGA repairs and replacement
- Component level repairs including motherboards and graphics card
- Laptop fan cleaning and replacement
- Data recovery
- Software and system repairs including installations, upgrades and virus cleaning
- Apple Mac repairs including iPad, iPhones and computer repairs

Other administrative tasks may also be necessary including computer part stock taking, spare parts ordering and customer liaison.

Application for computer technician

Candidates for this position of computer and laptop technician should be good team players, proactive and very energetic as this is a fast pace technical environment. Some training on best IT repair techniques may be given for candidates with a can-do attitude.

This position is offered with Immediate start. The starting salary is between £350 and £500 a week (6 days a week) depending on experience.
